On Monday I used Lewin’s forcefield analysis tool as part of a working session with a client as we tackled some rather fun transformational change work. It’s a simple tool and sometimes those really are the best.
But it had completely slipped my mind that Lewin is also responsible for the classic unfreeze-change-refreeze model. It was only when chatting to a prospective client on Tuesday that I remembered this.
So this is a very short blog post. But it will help to remind me that Lewin developed both of these change management classics!
